Team member guide
CheckListsDone is how your team shows the work got done. Every task you check is saved with your name and the time, so managers can see what's finished, what's left, and who to thank.
1. Sign in
- Scan the QR sign in your area with your phone camera, or open your site's address (your manager will tell you, for example checklistsdone.com/yourclub).
- Tap Start checklist.
- Enter your personal 4-digit code.
Your code comes from your manager. They add your name and make up your personal 4-digit code, then tell you privately.
Your code is your signature. Don't share it, and don't use someone else's. Forgot it? Ask your manager for a new one.
2. Check off the list
- Tap a task when it's done. It saves right away, with your name and the time.
- Readings (temperatures, chlorine, levels): type the number. It saves when you tap anywhere else. If it's out of range, you'll be asked what you did about it.
- Notes: just type. They save on their own a moment after you stop.
- Photos: tap the camera button where it appears.
- What's left shows only the items still open.
- Tapped the wrong one? You can undo your own check. A manager can undo anyone's.
It's OK to finish only part of the list
You don't have to finish the whole list. Do what you can on your shift. The next person picks up where you left off, and your checks keep your name.
Your work saves automatically. Before you walk away:
- Look for Saved with your name under the notes box.
- If a red Not saved message appears, check the Wi-Fi and tap again. Nothing can save without a connection.
- If the screen sits untouched for a while (10 minutes unless your manager changed it), it asks Still working? Tap I'm still here to stay signed in. If nobody taps, it saves what you typed and signs you out.
3. Sign out
- At the bottom, tap I'm done — sign out. The screen goes back to the Facility Status page for the next person.
- Or, at the top, tap ☰ Main menu. Your work is already saved; it signs you out and goes to the main menu.
Questions? Ask your manager.
