Checklists for any team
Proof the work got done.
Cleaning crews, restaurants, hotels, fleets, clubs and facility teams use CheckListsDone to run their checklists on any phone. Every task is signed with a personal code and a timestamp, photos prove the result, and your clients get a report link showing exactly what was done.
From $6 per checklist per month · unlimited staff · no card to start
Paper checklists don't prove anything.
They get filled in later
Initials and times written at the end of a shift are guesses. A personal code and a server timestamp are proof.
Misses surface too late
A skipped task is found by a client, a guest or an inspector. Overdue alerts reach you within the hour.
Clients can't see the effort
Send a client a link showing exactly what was done in their home or building, task by task, with times and before and after photos.

Everything a checklist should do.
100+ ready-made checklists
Pick from house cleaning, janitorial, restaurants, hotels, gyms, fleets, property, healthcare and retail. Edit any task in seconds, or start blank.
Personal codes, real timestamps
Every person signs in with their own 4-digit code. Each check carries their name and the server's clock, so nothing can be backdated.
Client report links
Send each client a private link that shows every task in their home or building, the time it was done and the photos. Emailed automatically when the list hits 100%.
Before and after photos
A camera button on every task. Photos are saved with the time and the person's name, and show up on the dashboard and the client report.
One dashboard for every list
See every client, site or room at a glance: what's done, what's due, what's late, and who did it.
Schedules and Google Calendar
Give each checklist its days, a done-by time and an address. Subscribe in Google Calendar to see every client's list on the day it's due.
Overdue alerts
Anything still open an hour after it's due emails the owner or manager, or texts them.
Readings with safe ranges
Temperatures, chlorine, pressure, cash counts. Out-of-range numbers require a note and alert the manager.
English and Spanish
Every checklist, button and instruction switches with one tap.
Timelines you share
Real estate closings, moves and projects: every task gets a due date counted from closing or move day, and the seller, buyer, lender and escrow each get a link to check off their part.
Every location on one page
Restaurant groups and franchises see every location's progress, overdue items and last check on one page. Each location has its own lists, team and bill.
Status page and TV dashboards
Show customers or members when each area was last done, and put the live dashboard on a wall tablet or TV.

What would I pay?
That's about $6 per checklist. A house-cleaning company with 12 recurring clients pays $65/month; a club with 9 restrooms and locker rooms pays $50.
What's a checklist? One list your team completes on a schedule: a client's home, a restroom, a vehicle, a kitchen opening. Each one gets its own schedule, history and spot on the dashboard. Need it built for you? Setup help is free: send us your current paper checklist and we'll build it with you.
Questions
What does it cost?
$6 per checklist per month for your first 5, $5 each for 6 to 20, and $3 each after that, with unlimited staff and every feature. Annual billing gives 2 months free.
Why per checklist and not per check or per user?
So you never pay more for doing the work properly. Checking a restroom six times a day costs the same as four, and adding a new hire costs nothing.
What counts as a checklist?
One list your team completes on its schedule: a client's home, a restroom, a vehicle, a kitchen opening. Each has its own history and spot on the dashboard.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up with an email and password, pick your first checklist, and use everything for 14 days. No card needed. After that, subscribe from the Checklists page; nothing is deleted if you wait.
Do staff need an app, an email address or training?
No. They open a web page on any phone or tablet and type their 4-digit code. Most people learn it in one shift.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Each organization gets a private calendar link. Add it in Google Calendar (Other calendars → From URL) and every checklist shows up on the days and times it's due, with progress updated through the day.
Can my clients see the work?
Yes. Every checklist has a private client report link: the homeowner or building manager sees each task, the time it was done, the first name of who did it and any before and after photos. You can email it automatically when the list is finished. Search engines never see it.
We have many locations. How does that work?
Each location gets its own checklists, team codes and bill, priced per checklist like any account. The owner signs in once and sees every location on one page, sorted by what needs attention. Adding a location copies the checklists and settings from an existing one in about a minute.
Can my clients, lenders or partners see and check off their tasks?
Yes, on timeline checklists such as a home sale or a move. Each person gets a private link: the buyer, seller, lender and escrow officer see the whole timeline, check off their own tasks, add steps and post updates. No accounts or passwords.
Does it work in my state?
Yes, anywhere in the United States, in every US time zone. The templates are a starting point; adjust any task or reading range to match your state and county rules.
Can I change checklists later?
Any time. Add, rename, schedule or delete checklists and edit any task. Changes apply to today; past days keep the version they used.
